This will enable disabled people to play a more active part in their local economy and develop themselves personally as well as offering the opportunity to develop their transferable work skills.
The Managing Director and founder of the Company is Chrys Brookes. Chrys has been involved in Business Management & Administration for 25 years and involved in the voluntary sector for 15 years. In 1995 she set up and successfully managed Club 4 Kids , which is a registered charity, delivering childcare services. It has a turnover of £170,000 p.a.
Chrys has extensive skills and expertise in business and project development and management. She also has extensive experience in mentoring and development of community projects in various work related areas including Quality Assurance.
Chrys has also successfully secured and managed over £800,000 in grant funding over the past 10 years.
